About Lunie

Hello! I’m Lunie Jules

An award-winning performer and storyteller, she is passionate about creating work that inspires connection, sparks conversation, and celebrates the complexity of the human experience.

Her theater credits include productions with The Barrow Group, Teatro SEA, Theatre 80, AlphaNYC Theatre Company, and New Perspectives Theatre Company. She also had the privilege of performing in Shakespeare's Cymbeline with Art for Progress, helping raise funds to support arts education and children's programming.

Her film work includes Digital Physics, which screened at several film festivals, and New York Scourge, for which she received the Best Supporting Actress Award at the NYC 48 Hour Film Project. She also produced the short film Gone Fission.

In addition to her work on stage and screen, Lunie is a dedicated teaching artist and coach who enjoys helping actors develop their craft, strengthen their confidence, and tell authentic stories.

She is currently developing several original projects, including a solo show exploring her journey through fibroids and hysterectomy, a graphic novel inspired by nearly two decades of New York City roommate experiences, and a television pilot drawn from her years navigating workplace culture in New York.

Lunie loves to travel, eat delicious food and thrift in her spare time.
